  • Delivery areas: Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate
  • Delivery fees: 0.250 KWD (Al Qusour) / 0.500 KWD (other areas)
  • Minimum orders: 2.000 KWD (Al Qusour) / 3.000 KWD (other areas)
  • Delivery times: 24/7, subject to availability
  • Estimated delivery: 45-90 minutes

8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of placing the order
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances

9. PRODUCT QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY

  • All products are prepared following food safety standards
  • Products are fresh and perishable
  • Consume products within recommended timeframes
