1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to the following areas in Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Kuwait:

  • Al Qusour
  • Al Adan
  • Sabah Al Salem
  • Abu Fatira
  • Messila
  • Fnaitees
  • And other areas within Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at 25420000 / 25427777 before placing your order.

2. DELIVERY HOURS

We operate 24/7 for your convenience.

Orders can be placed and delivered at any time, subject to product availability and preparation time.

3. DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are based on your location:

  • Al Qusour area: 0.250 KWD (Minimum order: 2.000 KWD)
  • Other areas in Mubarak Al-Kabeer: 0.500 KWD (Minimum order: 3.000 KWD)

Delivery fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your postal code.

4. DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard delivery: 45-90 minutes
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume
  • We will contact you if there are any delays

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation via SMS or email
  • Estimated delivery time
  • Contact information for our delivery team

6. PICKUP OPTION

You can also pick up your order from our location:

  • Pickup hours: 24/7

7. FRESH PRODUCT HANDLING

All our products are fresh and perishable:

  • Products are packaged to maintain freshness during delivery
  • Please refrigerate items immediately upon receipt if required
  • Consume products within the recommended timeframe
  • We are not responsible for products that spoil due to delayed receipt or improper storage

8. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • If no one is available, our driver will contact you
  • We are not responsible for orders left unattended at customer's request

9. FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one available to receive
  • Inaccessible location

We will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Provide photo evidence if possible
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund within 2 hours of delivery

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within Kuwait only.
