Thank you for shopping at Bonboni. We are committed to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality pastries and baked goods.
1. PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
All our products are fresh, perishable baked goods made to order. Due to the nature of our products:
- We cannot accept returns of food items once they have been delivered
- All sales are final once the order leaves our premises
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or preference
2. QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an order that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect (wrong items or missing items)
- Not fresh or of poor quality
- Not as described

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds or replacements will be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged products: Items damaged during delivery (with photo evidence)
- Wrong order: You received items different from what you ordered
- Missing items: Items are missing from your order
- Quality issues: Products are stale, spoiled, or not fresh (with photo evidence)
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable to receive delivery (unless rescheduled)
- Products that spoil due to customer's delayed receipt or improper storage
- Taste preferences or subjective dissatisfaction
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

- Provide photo evidence if applicable

6. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be processed as:
- Replacement: We will deliver replacement items at no additional cost
- Store credit: Credit toward your next order
- Full refund: Refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
The refund method will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
7. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun
